How we verify the registry.

Every profile is matched to a current state real-estate license. We check license status, expiration, and disciplinary history against each state's licensing authority on a rolling cadence.

Reviews are moderated — we remove obvious spam, off-topic content, and reviews that violate our content policy, but we never accept payment for placement or removal. Featured placement is a paid product, always labeled, and never alters star ratings.

Ranking signals combine review quality, license verification, transaction volume where available, language and specialty match, and recency of activity. Agents and brokers can claim their profile and update their details after a license check.
